Chain supported lockouts - Chain supported lockouts
work much like rack lockouts only the bar rests on
chains instead of the rack pins.

The chains can be raised or lowered depending on what
portion of the lifter's bench press they desire to
work.  Higher working triceps/lockout, lower working
chest/starting strength.

The benefit of using
chains to support the bar is that they allow the
lifter to better position the bar for their groove.
This removes much of the stress that some lifters feel
in their shoulders when performing rack lockouts.

The chains can be raised or lowered depending on what
portion of the lifter's bench press they desire to
work.  Higher working triceps/lockout, lower working
