I hate trying to make predictions but maybe it will help motivate so here goes.
Squat 850
Bench 620
Deadlift 800
I do not know total because knowing me if I get these it will be in two or three diffrent meets. I would like to hit 2200 as a master. This is if I can stay injury free. Ken

I am going to go backwards
here.
My goal is to enter Susan's
meet in September in the 148s and hit
350 Squat
250 Benchpress
400 Deadlift
I want numbers beyond that eventually but I plan on training conservatively for the first year after my surgery.

That looks VERY doable! I plan on drinking a lot less beer, and benching 600 at 181.Gotta do this thing for real, and quit playing around.

Not really sure since I just finished up with 2006 by totally elite in a second weight class, set two open class world records, and had one of the best meets of my life. I finished 2006 with a bang.
I have not decided if I am going to stay at 198 or venture back up to 220 for a while.
Just off the top of my head.
I would like to do at least one strongman meet this year, because I like the challenge plus the community of lifters and supporter are awesome.
PLing
Bench 550+
Pull 600 I was real close
to this at my last meet
Squat 730+ any weight
class
Total 1800@198 or 1900@220
Try not to get hurt and
starting July 18th Masters records and division here I come.
Try and stay healthy
this year between the micro tear in my bicep and the shoulder problem I
would like to train care free and pain free for most of 2007
Big challenge I will be changeing jobs June 15th, this is going to be a big transition for me and my family.

There will be an USAPL national master's meet in Milwaukee on May 5th, while I turn 60 on May 4th. Now usually, people aren't that happy for their age to turn the corner of a new decade. But in this instance, there are some USAPL 60-64 records at 181 lbs that are within reach for me.
Therefore my goals are the following:
Squat: 460, current PR
is 450, current record is 457.5
Bench: 340, current PR
is 320, current record is 336
DL: 560, current PR is
535, current record is 544.5.
Total: 1305, current PR is 1285, current record is 1256.5
With a lot of luck and if mars, venus, and neptune are aligned, I have a reasonable for these records.
