bit about the history of Powerlifting
We will start you off with proper depth in the squat. The upper picture and the following rule were taken from the WPC rule book. " the lifter must bend the knees and lower the body until the top surface of the legs at the hip joint are lower than the top of the knees". None of this "to parallel" stuff for the powerlifter.
