Tuesday:
  -Squats 5 x 5
  -Power Snatches 5 x 3
  -Pulldowns 4 x 8
  -Back Extensions 4 x 8
  -Calf Raises 4 x 12
 

Thursday:
  -Close Grip Bench Press 5 x 5
  -Reverse Grip Bench Press 5 x 5
  -Russian Twists 4 x 12
  -Side Bends 4 x 12
  -Rotator Cuff 4 x 10

Friday:
-Deadlifts 5 x 5
-High Pulls 5 x 3
  -Back Extensions 4 x 8
  -Bent Over Rows 4 x 8
  -Calve Raises 4 x 12
